Crispy Oatmeal Cookies. Additions: Chocolate chips





1 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp table salt
200g butter (unsalted)
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups rolled oats
3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate bar, chopped

Preheat oven to 177°C. Line baking sheet. Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

Beat butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla, beat until incorporated. Add flour mixture gradually and mix til incorporated.

Gradually add oats and chocolate and mix.

Bake until cookies and golden brown, about 20 mins.
